There are four main disadvantages of choosing an Orderly Repayment of Debts.
- Credit rating is similar to that of a Consumer Proposal.
- Up to a 5-year commitment.
- You cannot surrender assets to secured creditors.
- Creditors are given consent judgment to garnishee if payments are missed.
