If you are being asked to pay additional fees, you may not be dealing with a Trustee but rather an unregulated debt consultant. If you find out you are dealing with an unregulated debt consultant, contact a Trustee right away to initiate a formal insolvency process. Any monies owing to the debt consultant can be included in your bankruptcy.
